Comments:
glad i decided to go mattaponi. felt pretty good, keeping in or near the front of the pack going up the hills. kind of long for me right now, form was suffering by the end. it actually didnt feel long in terms of cardio though, breathing heavy up the hills (of course) but not during the steady sections, even at the very end. my cardio seems to be a bit ahead of my legs. will probably have sore calves and quads
