The MLK Tempo

Comments:
2 mile warm-up to MLK and then a 6 mile tempo with CWade, Peter, and Dixon. CKells was also with us for the first mile.

Our splits were 5:31, 41, 41, 38, 35, 28; working the good old pacing ladder, we felt good and the breathing was under control. My legs and breathing felt good. It was also a beautiful evening to run.

Then 3 x 300m on the track. RUn back to Veale via little italy. Stretching, Rolling, Abs, Push Ups, Ice, Weights.
