6x800m workout at Target 3 mile pace with 2:00 rest (100m jog rest, plus remaining time). Target time was 2:44

Felt pretty strong. Still having trouble with the square turns at Hilton Park ... throwing my pacing off. Legs felt a little tired on the last 2...no acceleration left...but felt very fit.
