Comments:
We had a tri team workout at 6 in the morning. we did 12x400 on 2:15. I did the first 8 with Peter and Scott at about 85sec each but they picked it up so I did the last 4 with Andrew. 3 of the 4 I did with Andrew were 100 sec each but I picked it up on the second to last one and did 85 again, which made me feel kind of sick. It was a good workout though. My legs felt good and I only got really tired on that last 85sec one.
