Weather: cold but good!
Comments:
this felt GOOOOD.
I am SO sore from wedesnday and thursday.
but i didnt feel it when i ran, so i hated it when the stupid cross walks made us stop-_-
I liked the 2 minute jog then 30 second sprint, it was a challenge.
Ima feel this tomorrow.
but it feels so amazing just to be able to do this, after not being able to do it for so long.
