Wow! I did it. I know this was not nearly the best I could do. It was a difficult summer for me, and I completely fell off my training schedule. That's okay. I am excited about a maintenance schedule and then training in the spring for the Napa to Sonoma Half-Marathon July 17!!! This was just the beginning!
