3 service road hills (1 easy up/down, 2 tempo up/easy down)
1 all-american loop @ 85%
5 min recovery jog
3 x 2min @ 1min 85% 1 min 90%
2 mile cool down
shins, calves, and ankles were all really stiff on the warm up. I took the first hill really easy and hard on the last 2. Tried to take short quick strides and I think it helped! Tempo loop was hell, I think I took it way too fast. Hit 5:19 for the loop and that was about as fast as Kevin said he went today. I did a couple more loops in the meadow for the recovery and the 3 x 2min. 3 x 2min felt horrible, I was completely exhausted after the workout. Finished the meadow loop and did a lap around campus slowly.
