34. workout #2.

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: HOTTTT, mid 80s. no wind whatsoever..

Comments:
ran alone. last night in conneticut then heading back to chiacgo!! yay! i felt decent. wasn't really thirsty because i was chewing gum. during the warmup, my left calf was hurting.. i had to stop on the first mile to stretch it out. but afterwards it felt decent.

felt goood druing the workout. did 12 sets of 40 seconds pickups. did 3 miles of that. i felt really good. nothing was hurting; i just was a little thirsty. i was really tired afterwcrds. i did 2 minutes at 10:10 pace, then picked it up to 9:20 pace for 40 seconds, then pack to 10:10 pace for 2 minutes, and so on for 3 miles.

did my cooldown alone. it felt so slow.. was so tired.. but nothing hurt. yay!!

did 6 form works - high-knees, buck-kicks, a-skips, bounders, straight legs, and basketball. did 100 meters for the first 5, and 200 meters for the basketball.
