Felt pretty decent on the warm up and we went straight into the intervals around the meadow. There was a little confusion as to what effort the intervals started at, but I did it right. Martin took off and I was in no-man's-land for the whole thing. I thought about staying back with the bigger group of guys but decided just to go my own pace. The last two intervals were pretty hard, but I made it through it. Legs were tired after that, so the hills were pretty brutal. I could make it up the hill about 3/4ths of the way before crashing and burning. After finishing those, Martin and I ran the long way around school and called it 8. Not a great workout for me, but still pretty decent.
