Weather: Nice, especially in the shade ~75
Comments:
Felt good through the four mile mark. Even though I was struggling I managed to negative split the last mile ( about 5:28). It was definitely Ethan, Peter, and David running with me that helped me. All in all good day. I was pretty exhausted at the end.... 3 x 300s were not taken all out... and my hamstrings were feeling overused in the 300s and in the lift.
