blazing speed right? i felt like i wanted to do this for another 10 miles :(...oh well, t.smith told me to slow it down last night and it is true, I don't need to try and make up for 2 months by injuring myself again and lose the next 2. w/e, it was hot i was sweating alot, MRI on saturday at 1, it will be fine, i guarantee it, if it is not and I am out more I might have to take physical action against the doctor
