Swim Workout

Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
First team swim of the semester. It went a lot better than I was expecting. I did a 300 warmup, 10x50 starting slow and getting faster each interval, 6x200 at moderate intensity, 6x100 at moderate intensity, and 10x50 at max intensity. I got into a good rhythm and felt like I could have swam for a long time. On the 50yard sprints at the end my arms started to feel really tired and it was hard to push myself to go faster. This is the first time I can say that my breathing felt good throughout the whole workout. I didn't feel like I was struggling at all. The distances I'm putting in are a little weird because I had to convert the yards to meters.
