Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1 with 1:30 rest after 1, and 2:30 rest after everything else. Worked out with top group but fell back a lot on the 3-4-4. Felt sore, very dehydrated, but also just mentally weak. I decided to man up for the last 3-2-1. I need more mental resilience and to stop worrying about the intervals ahead, and just focus on the one that I'm on. I may still have fallen back but if I stopped thinking so much I would have done a lot better.
