since all my mileage got frontloaded this week, i only have to get 6miles or so for the rest of the week to hit 60. ran around 9ish with brandon after eating breakfast at the dorms. i was a little worried my stomach might feel it, but it was fine. went up through the meadow to fairhill, over to south park, west park across shaker, loop around southerly park, then back along souting ton to west park and back home. i think it might have been a little longer than 6. kept a decent pace, and talked the whole time. 5x100m barefoot striders at the end-- felt good. hurdle drills, static 1+, bear.
