Comments:
After a day of meetings and talking about classes I finally got out to do a workout around 6:30. I warmed up 2 miles on the track and then did 5x300 meter buildups, which was supposed to be a light workout but actually was pretty tough. *cough cough out of shape*
1 mile cool down. Afterwards my friend Gavin took me to a noodle shop and I got me some mo gu ba mien.
