Makemie Woods: Day 2: Steady

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: too much dew, but overall great weather for morning run

Comments:
Everyone else did a workout, while me and the other injured/recovering people went on a 20 minute steady run. Ran with Alex Eppler and Alessa and did some loop within the trails. Pace was a little faster than average, but I felt good and it was fine. Knee started to feel better throughout the week, even though I was running daily instead of every other day.

Also already sore, because i woke up at 5:00 am to do all my strengthening, stretching and crunches.
