First Time Aqua Jogging

Never before have I underestimated the difficulty of a seemingly easy task by this much. But I learned my lesson, and it was actually a decent workout. Went aquajogging in the pool with Anthony and the rest of the Diascund crew. Wasnt sure how to do it, but i (mostly) figured it out after Anthony showed it to us. We warmed up for a few minutes jogging slowly (which I found hard) and then began a series of 8(?) 30 second pick-ups with 30 second recoveries. It was considerzbly harder than I thought it would be, but being pissed that I wasnt able to do teh morning workout or infact any hard traninig over the summer, I really enjoyed the difficulty. After we finished the pickups, we did a 5 minute cool down. I actually got pretty sore from this (to my excitement) meaning it was a good workout.
