Was pretty excited to aqua jog again, because I really felt like I was finally being able to work hard. A lot of freshmen and other people joined us, which was nice because we now had alot of people doing it with us. After a 4 or 5 minute warm up, we began loadder style pick ups, 30-60-90-120-90-60-30-60-90-120 seconds with 30 second recoveries between each. I died. But as Eppler said "It hurts so good" We finished up with a 5 minute cool down.
