Mushroom Loop.

Weather: in a forest, didnt notice.

Comments:
Always loved the mushroom loop, so I was pretty excited that I was put in an actual running group instead of the injured group (who wouldn't be able to do the loop). I think I was a York (?) and I ran with Cori's group along the musrhoom loop and back to camp. The knee fared rather well for a run with so many sudden starts and stops and steeph uphills and down hills. Maybe because I have been taking super extra care of it this week, or because I have been icing more than usual, or whatever it may be, the knew has gotten significantly better over the course of the week. Beats me why, but I'm not complaining. Pace wise, being with that group felt fine-easy which was a relief to my huge fears of being in such bad shape when i start fully running again.


I have no idea about the time or distance, but I'm guestimating 2.3 miles.
