Weather: hot and sweaty

Comments:
I had the option of going on myr un in the morning or at the State park and I chose to run at the park because of the scenery/I wanted to check out that beach I ran to last year with K Fung, Natalie and Griffin. Most peopole weren't running to much so I ran with different groups of people and ended up with Marisa and Katherine for the majority of the time. Pace was nice and steady, the knee was starting to hurt (grrr). Showed them the secret access to the beach was really cool. Relaxed/streched there a bit, and then had a 3 minute cool down back to where everyone was. Good fun overall.

Side Note: Took the morning off. Well I still did strengthening, stretching, crunches and a walk, but I've decided that none of those are worth the effort to log about.
