Comments:
it is time to start "running" everyday, I do not have time to mess around and I need to start up....barefoot on vanhorn with flick, knee felt fine while running however it was a little sore when I was in the pool, nothing too serious though. MRI tommorow and praying for good results, pace was quicker than yesterday but still not 6 minutes like before which gained me scoldings from alumni and teammates.... i guarantee I will race this season even if it is only oberlin, it has been too long...
