Comments:
Race felt smooth like a workout. Definitely felt like I was going faster than I was on miles 2 and 3, but thats because everyone else was dying off. I think I need to go out a little faster so I don't get stuck in that LT pace. Overall I felt strong and finished well. Achilles tightened up a ton afterward and I have a bad blister on my right pinky toe (drained it later and it seems to be doing fine. Working on achilles).
