Long run!!!

This was pretty fun. I was in the mood to beat myself up so we did the 312 loop (which is really terrible) and added a bunch of other loops on the way. Started around 730 pace and dropped from there. Some of our middle miles were mid to low 6s but I think we rollercoasted from there and about 7 minute pace. Definitely got what I asked for.

My IT tightened up on the banked road up to 312 and was giving me knee problems through the rest of the run. Achilles felt OK (and feels much better after stretching after the run.) Need to watch that my IT problems don't come back.

Dead-ish after the run. Definitely a great Sunday workout!
