By the time I was done with my laundry and ready to run, a lot of people had already run, so I went solo. Nice peaceful post race run, just fitting in the last couple miles. My ankle is a little sore today, and i had to use the wrap Jess gave me that isn't as good as tape, but it worked. Had T.Swift in my head the whole time.
stretch, abs 8x30, hips watching Two and Half Men, ankle exercises and ice watching The Office.
