Comments:
Lockeroom was locked so I did not have my goggles, now I know for next weekend...I figured since I had continuously kept getting lower leg cramps and my shoulder is sore I would just use the kickboard, I think it was actually constructive, there were a lot of times my legs almost cramped but I helped them out and learned how to sort of avoid them
