Rocky Ridge Long Run

Comments:
Three Things I Did Well:
-Started out at a comfortable pace, keeping it through the first 4k
-Used the only hill to surge which played to my advantage
-Tried my best to stay within the pack for the first 4k

Three Things That Went Wrong/Could Improve On:
-Lost the tight pack during the latter portion of the second 2k loop
-My pace wavered more than I thought throughout the race
-Didn't have the best finishing sprint

The coaches did a good job of giving splits yesterday, which helped when I didn't look at my watch. In the future, I could always use help from the coaches to let me know when my form starts to get sloppy towards the end of a race.
