Weather: cold and wet

Comments:
my IT band felt really bad, so after 2.5 miles when i got to fairmont park i went really slow to help it to loosen up and to make sure that it didn't get strained. when i got back i immediately iced it. should feel better tomorrow. i assume it was just that my legs were tired from yesterday and i didn't get enough sleep last night so my legs prob didn't recover as much as they should have.
