Felt so nice outside today! Too cold to go shirtless but still perfect. 2 mile warm up, 3 service hills easy, 1 mile, triple bluff, 1 mile cool down. Legs felt really good on the hills but I can tell that I'm still not there yet, but the more we do these days then the stronger I'll get.
