Comments:
Went out decently hard with Ethan/Peter, and actually felt really good for the first mile. I felt that relaxed cruise feeling I used to feel back when I was in shape. Came through the mile at 5:26ish. Hit the long incline half way through the second mile and all of a sudden got extremely tight, and slowed down a whole bunch. This is also where I lost Peter. Second mile was like 6 minutes. I felt like I was going really slowly afterwards. I also did not get a second wind on the third mile when the downhills came. I was sore and I was breathing really heavily. Brandon passed me with like 1200 to go, then Dave at like 800 to go, and then Corey at like 500 to go. Everyone ran slower than last year because it was extremely humid and hot. I had just a yogurt for breakfast like 4 hours prior to racetime and I should have drank more water. Felt really dizzy after the race
