after swimming, barefoot on vanhorn....breaking news: CLEARED TO RUN, finally thank you, coach wants me to move up to 2 miles "every other day", wants me to run the alumni 5k(jog?), i am PUMPED about this, time to start getting ready to run oberlin if not all-ohio if i am ready by then, "There is just a little bit on swelling on that bone at the site if your stress fracture." - from jess, have to start scheduling rehab sessions...so pumped....
