Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cool, windy nice weather - mid to high 60s.

Comments:
felt good today, the weather was so nice. had a pretty tough workout today. i did 4x800 meter speed workout. I WANTED TO DO 5! aaah ): but on the fourth one, i felt like i was going to die! for the warmup, ran with the girls. for the 4x800 meters, ran majority of the time with kai and abby, but somewhat with delilah for the last two. for the 300 all out, i was so dead - ran with the girls. for cooldown, ran with kai, abby, and ramona.

i felt good today. no aches or pains. just breathing was TOTALLLLY OFF by the end. i kind of lost form too.

800 splits: 4:00, 3:59, 4:05, 4:04
300 all out: 1:08

after, we did 3x12 on each leg lateral leg raises, and 2x15 body squats.
