Comments:
1 minute rest. 6:45,6:44,6:46,6:46. Trying to get something like 6:46 so that was good I guess. Had to go wide around girls who were 4 wide during their reps. Felt pretty good considering the few factors that affected the workout. Overall I felt like it wasn't a hugely difficult workout.
