Comments:
I went to Lahaye and swam with Parker and Joseph. I had to leave early to go to a meeting but I got through most of the workout. I did 300 warm up, 8x50, and 6x100. I was suppose to do 4 more 100s and a 300 cool down but I had to leave. I felt pretty good. I was a little sore for some reason. It must have been last Thursday's workout.
