Brick Workout (bike)

Comments:
Parker, Joseph and I met at the outdoor track to do a brick workout. The roads were wet so we put our bikes on the trainers and rode them under the track and soccer offices building. We did 15min easy, 12min tempo and then got off and did 8min run on the track at 5k pace. After that we got back on the bike and went easy for 5min and did the bike and run at tempo pace again. We did this three times. It felt really good. I started to get a little more sore/tired on the last interval though.
