Weather: Weather: good weather, low 70s with wind.
Comments:
ran with kai the whole time. did over 1 mile warmup and over one mile cool down. in between, we did a two mile fartlek with 8x40 second pickups. In my warmup, my left ankle was aching, but after it felt fine. no severe pain or aching; just breathing was kind of off. stopped before our cooldown for a 1 minute break.
6x150 meters strides with kai afterwards.
fartlek splits: 9:23, 9:30.
ab circuit afterwards on my own.
