Comments:
barefoot on vanhorn, just ran for 15 minutes, assumed it was around 2 miles, not that important at this point, ran backwards loop with lin, and then when he finished paul z and corey, good stuff, knee felt fine, had my first rehab session earlier in the day around 1, i was actually really sweaty by the end, it didnt seem like i was doing much though but i guess it was helpful, gotta beleive in the trainers and coaches...revised goal for the season is only one word "Race."
