Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
8 by about 1000 meters. Hard gradual upwards for about half of it, then slow turn around downward, and then about a 70m acceleration downward. First 5 felt.. eh.. sore, but still not enough confidence, positive energy. Got a second wind starting on the 6th interval, felt more positive energy and confidence and picked up the pace more. Good ending to workout.
