Comments:
Hill workout. Went with the early group, and Coach said she'd rather go with that group every week. So that's the plan. I like getting it in early, and the small group is nice. Warmup, drills, then 6x1000 meter hill loop. Barnes said we were supposed to do them at tempo effort. Felt strong, not like I was going too hard. He also said I should stay on the pavement if the downhill grass felt bad on my ankle, so I did. But then CoachL got there and didn't like that too much, so I did the last downhill on the grass. Cooldown.
ibis, static 2, hips, ankle stuff, ice bath line was too long so we just ice bagged
