Comments:
I did today's tri workout after I got out of class. I couldn't do it with the team because I had to be somewhere else at the normal practice time. I did 10x50 at moderate intensity and 8x75 at max intensity. It felt good. I'm actually starting to see why people like swimming. I'm still not quite there though.
