Felt good, I always seem to feel good on hill repeats, plus i felt like I am catching Tim, because I was doing the repeats all with him or ahead so I wasnt falling back at all. Felt great, on the way back my hip flexor was bugging me a tiny bit on the cooldown. I was hitting the 4s at about 1:16 and the 2s around 33, 34
