Comments:
Felt good to run after work and de-stress. However I was starving after work so I snacked on cookies 15 min before the run. This led to a cramp most of the way. First 2-2.5 felt like cruising. The last 3 or so was a struggle. I was glad I stayed with it and I think I learned a lot from holding about the same pace (maybe a little slower) although my body said no. Again my calves are sore. It doesn't so much change my run at all, but after the run they really get to me. Breathing a little better today but still a little short.
