Holy Fartlek

Comments:
Fartlek run 36 minutes - 12 sets of 2 min moderate (7:30-8:00 pace) and 1 min goal race pace (6:00 pace). Felt okay - legs a little heavy, shoulder tight - gonna get massaged out sometime soon. Wore heart rate monitor. first half of workout, during the moderate pace my HR was around 68 and during goal race pace it was approx 76-78. As I picked it up into the workout, this changed to about 71-74 moderate and 80-84 harder effort.
