Comments:
I did 30 minutes in the park this morning at 10:30 Beijing time. My achilles is a bit achy but it's one of those things that sort of goes away as it gets warmed up. Afterwards I did 8 minutes of core, some lunges, 2x5 rock squats and a set of pull ups. Can I skip the whole teaching thing and just spend the whole year working out at the park? Hahaha.
