Comments:
Did the workout alone but still managed to run ok. Got to the track super late and only did a mile warm up and then jumped right into the workout. Splits: 2:21,2:20,2:21,2:20,2:21,2:21,2:21,2:13. Hamstrings were super tight but overall feeling ok.
