Repeat Hill Miles

Comments:
Did a warm up on the elliptical, then 18 minutes with a heart rate of about 180 to simulate a heart rate. Down to the field for a 200. Then I tried the last 2 repeat hill miles. Felt great on both, knee is feeling really good. Hopefully over the hump.
