Comments:
Achilles loosened up through the warm-up. My left IT band seems to be tightening up now too. I'll have to watch that.

Workout felt fine. Actually felt a little too easy. Probably could have been going faster in the middle but I was worried about pace. Coach noticed the same for everyone so the pace will be adjusted next week.

No pains during the workout, but everything tightened up after. Also, the blister that formed yesterday got worse.
