Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Moderate run alone. Same problems as Tuesday. Wore new shoes which made everything hurt a little more (breaking them in.) Felt pretty shitty overall. IT is definitely tightening up so I need to stretch and ice it more like I was over the summer to try and keep it down.
Achilles seems to be getting a little better everyday but its still pretty painful after I finish running.
