Hills!

Really wasn't feeling this going into it. My achilles was really acting up on the run over and I was worried the hills would really hurt it and my IT.

Felt great throughout though. Pace was fast. NEver really noticed any pain. I stretched well afterward and got an ice bath and I'm feeling more relaxed now than I have all week. My achilles feels decent and, while I can feel tightness in my IT, it feels pretty good too.

Blister on my left foot worsened today though. I was bandaging it but it fell off during the run today so it swelled up. Jenn told me to lube up my feet before we do long workouts so I think I'll try that for the run tomorrow. Need to really keep an eye on it so it doesn't pop or turn into anything that'll slow me down.
