i think this was the time but I am not sure, I wasn't really trying to go out and kill this because it is a fairly significant jump in terms of miles, the entire race I was sort of thinking like okay don't let your knee hurt, I was just jogging along but I was also huffin & puffin, I was cardio wise not feeling it. idk about this season, looking at my progression plan, gonna keep building up though and this is a great start
