Didn't know how this would go. Figured this run would let me know if the marathon or the half is the one to do on 10/1. Kept a nice easy pace of 10 minutes or so. Ran with a group of 3 others. Felt pretty good throughout but pretty wiped out in last mile. Carried 20 oz water, but fountain at mid-point wasn't working, so no refill. Gel at 45 minutes. Achilles felt fine. Minor headache afterward, but fine with some drinking.
